Emersyn's One Year Old Session by Asheville, NC Portrait Photographer

My sister and law, Lisa, and I had the most wonderful time styling this One Year Old Session for my niece Emersyn! :)  Lisa is throwing a "Pinkalicious," first birthday party for Emersyn, so we decided to stay with that theme and do a "Pretty in Pink," themed One Year Old Session.  Lisa and I are both pinterest addicts (no, seriously I have pinned close to 2500 images and Lisa attends a monthly Pinterest party), so drawing on some DIY tutorials we found on Pinterest we made the adorable streamer background and tissue paper pom-poms for Emme's session (from supplies we bought at The Dollar Store I might add, who said DIY had to be expensive?!).  I adore my nieces and nephews and Emersyn's toothy grin and dainty eyelashes make me smile everytime I see them!  We did the session in Josh and Lisa's backyard, although I think it more so looks like we did it in a magical land filled with tutus, tiara's and everything little girl.
